The Planning & Zoning Commission's primary duties relate to the Comprehensive Plan, zoning ordinance and subdivision regulations while serving as an advisory board to the City Council. The Planning Commission meets on the first Monday evening of each month at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall. Members are appointed by the Mayor with consent of City Council.  The Planning & Zoning Commission consists of seven members who must live withing 1 and 1/2 mils of Rochelle and four at-large members with no residency requirement.  Members serve five year terms.
