W. Ed Rice

Ed Rice is the newest member of the Rochelle City Council.  He has served on the Ogle County Board for the past four years as Chairman.  He spent fourteen years on the GREDCO Board, six years on the Flagg Rochelle Park District Board and spent five years as a Volunteer Firefighter.  Mr. Rice established the Rochelle Junior Tackle Football program in 1965.

Bil Hayes

Bil Hayes is a life-long resident of Rochelle. He has served on the City Zoning Board of Appeals. Mr. Hayes works as a mechanical systems specialist at Johnson Tractor in Rochelle.

Dennis Berg

(Term: 2011-2015)

Dennis is a 1969 graduate of Rochelle Township High School . He worked for our local telephone company (CONTEL, GTE & Verizon) for 34 years, retiring in November of 2003. The last 20 years of his employment he was in various management jobs, primarily supervising new construction projects. He is a past president of Rochelle Country Club and a former member of our local Kiwanis Club.

Dave Eckhardt

Dave Eckhardt was born in Rochelle and grew up in Oregon , IL. He has worked or lived in the Rochelle area for 17 years. He has been employed in the banking industry for 25 years. In addition to being part of many civic and social groups, Dave served on the Rochelle Elementary School Board for 6 years.

Kathy has lived in Rochelle and Northern Illinois since 1972. She has held increasingly responsible management positions at Sundstrand Aerospace and Woodward Governor Company and currently owns and manages a state-wide real estate investment business based in Rochelle.
