The 10th annual Lincoln Highway Heritage Festival was held August 24-26, 2007, in down town Rochelle. Each year the Rochelle Police Department has officers on hand to maintain order, greet visitors and help them find their way to the many attractions. Officers are assigned to foot patrol, in the down town area, each day of the festival.
