ROCHELLE, IL After a public service career spanning over 36 years, Gary Larsen has decided to retire from his position as the RMU General Manager. He plans to spend more time with his family and pursue in greater depth his hobbies and other areas of interest. Larsen has served as the RMU General Manager for the past two and one half years.
