| Rochelle, IL – In February, the City Council approved the City of Rochelle joining the National League of Cities (NLC) Drug Prescription Discount Card Program. Since then, many residents have obtained and utilized the cards. Those people had a total savings of $111.31 for an average savings of $7.42 per prescriptions. There is no cost to residents for the cards.
