| Rochelle City Clerk Bruce McKinney announced that the Rochelle City Council will meet as a Committee of the Whole July 8, 2010 at 5:30 p.m. to discuss financing options for offsite improvements related to North Route 38 development. The meeting will be held in the Rochelle Council Chambers, 420 N. 6th Street, Rochelle, Illinois.
