The City of Rochelle is pleased to announce the addition of Adriana Milan, Assistant to the City Manager and Nancy Bingham, Human Resources Coordinator.
Adriana Milan was raised in Rochelle and completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration at Northern Illinois University. She is currently enrolled in the Masters in Public Administration Program at NIU. Some of her responsibilities include Economic Development with the Kish CareerLink Workforce Development Program, RMU Administration, and will be working closely with the City Manager on various projects. Mrs. Milan will enjoy learning her new position. When asked what she looks forward to most Milan replied, “I love a challenge and am looking forward to building relationships along the way.”
Human Resources Coordinator Nancy Bingham is a lifelong Rochelle resident who comes to the City of Rochelle with over fourteen years of experience and holds her Professional Human Resources Certification. Ms. Bingham says, “I have enjoyed coming into an organization where I already know many people and I look forward to meeting our full staff and assisting them with any issues or questions.” Her most recent experience includes payroll, employee benefits, pension, worker’s compensation and employee relations. With her experience in similar pension and insurance programs, Ms. Bingham is certainly an asset to the City of Rochelle.
