The Rochelle City Council will meet as a Committee of the Whole on Monday, November 2, 2015 at 6:00 pm to continue the strategic planning exercise. The meeting will be held in the lower level conference center at City Hall, 420 N 6th Street, Rochelle.
The meeting is open to the public.
