COVID-19 Vaccine Pre-Registration for 65+

Ogle County residents who are part of group 1b for COVID-19 vaccination may contact City Hall at 815-562-6161 to pre-register for the vaccine. Group 1b includes all residents over age 65 as well as many of our essential workers.

When you register, please know this is NOT an immediate appointment but the list will be used to schedule vaccination appointments based on the supply of vaccine received. Please note that it is only necessary to call ONE of the organizations to be added to the list. Multiple registrations will not move a person’s name up on the list and actually creates additional work. Be assured, you will receive a call back to schedule your appointment. When you receive your call, appointments will be scheduled for both your first and second doses of the vaccine.

The on-line pre-registration is also available by logging into health.oglecounty.org. Please note: when typing the address into your browser, do not use “www” as you will receive an error; simply type in the web address as listed to complete the pre-registration process. Select your language of choice to complete the registration.

If you need transportation to your scheduled COVID-19 vaccination appointment, both the Hub Senior Center and Rock River Center can help with scheduling a ride. In addition, the Lee-Ogle Transportation Systems is available by calling 815-288-2117.

At this time, the demand is higher than the supply of vaccine so we continue to ask for patience as appointments are scheduled in the upcoming weeks and months. Thank you.
