City Hall and the RMU Customer Service Office will be undergoing an internet upgrade on Friday February 17th beginning at 10:00AM. Both facilities will be unable to process credit card payments during this period, but will process check, cash or money orders for utility payments, birth/death certificates and building permits. Customers will continue to be able to make payments via their online account. Customers who utilize Rochelle.net e-mail address will also be unable to access those accounts during this period. The outage is expected to last through the day.
