The Mayor and City Council approved the City of Rochelle joining the National League of Cities (NLC) Drug Prescription Discount Card Program in February of 2010. The NLC reported that during the past twelve months 238 Rochelle citizens have used the program for 478 different prescriptions with a total savings of $4,036.78 for an average savings of $8.45 per prescription.
