The 2013 Trick-or-Treat schedule has been announced by the City of Rochelle. Trick-Or-Treating will be held from 5-8 p.m. on October 31st.
We urge that all children and motorists use caution the evening of Halloween. Trick-or-treaters should carry a flashlight and be sure to obey all traffic signals.
